This place catfishes its atmosphere, the photos do not represent how the actual restaurant is. Not what I expected and the philly pizza was so bland
Great food, good location, cool theme, and terrific service!
Went to The Gruff after the Cincinnati Reds opening game, and this place was really cool. Walked over the bridge and the whole experience was worth it. Service was great, the waiter was awesome and recommended the Gruff burger, which ended up being amazing. Everything tasted fresh and really well made. Had a glass of wine, sat outside, and the view was beautiful. The atmosphere alone makes you want to stay. Honestly, if I could give it 10 stars, I would. Definitely a spot I’d go back to.
I found this restaurant because I was looking for a family friendly establishment while the kids are on break. I will keep coming back for the food and environment. My husband and I had a truffle sausage and apple bacon pizza and they were both divine. We also enjoyed the kale salad and pickle fries. Can’t wait to return and explore more of the menu.
