This place is cheap to rent for a reason. It is not a bad living situation BUT you get what you pay for. Any time it rains your power will go out. The wifi SUCKS. You will not be able to even browse the internet much less stream anything or play video games. The landlord is a con artist. Someone in his family owns or he himself owns the towing company and will tow any visitors any chance they get. (you are allowed one parking spot per bedroom.) RecommendedOver the course of 2 years, I’ve never had a complaint about this place. I’ve lived in other places that were unreasonable and expensive and always a headache. The Groves made me love my experience at Clemson again! From always being really friendly, making a quiet and safe environment, and being very reasonable, I couldn’t thank Mr. Chuck or maintenance for making this place my home. Good prices, friendly people, and clean apartments...can’t beat it!
They don't even have a secure spot for packages for tenants, they charge you for cleaning the racks in the dishwasher? after you move out? ridiculous!

Nice place to live in. The apartments are nice and you get quite a bit (rent, utilities, internet, etc) for what you pay. The internet here wasn't so great, but they've recently upgraded the system so I can't complain!
The reviews made me skeptical but after speaking with Mr. King, I felt a lot better. All inclusive at a great price! Most people complain about the parking, visitors, etc. but it's all plainly stated in the lease. I honestly find it nice knowing that my parking spot will always be open and never have to search for one. The maintenance guys and landlord are very friendly. Apartment is very nice and lots of space. It's been a great experience so far and will re-sign my lease for another year!
