All the staff here are amazing, but the 2 that shine are Stephanie, the manager, and Jim, the maintenance supervisor!
I moved into the groves in 2015. I stayed in building 9 apt 2265. I was there for almost ten years. The first 3 years every year my ac and garbage disposal would leak. They would claim to fix it but never addressed the water damage. Fast forward to Jan 2024 I reported that I suspected black mold on the master bathroom room. The maintenance man came and just scrapped it off. This caused me to become severely ill where I was bed ridden for 7 months.
