Had a big issue with the new management company not supporting the staff here or the property. The grounds had taken a big nose dive, very upsetting circumstance… under the impression good things and improvement will be coming soon…… Looking forward to a happy neighborhood once more….. Staff is wonderful, friendly with great communications…. Maintenance staff is the best.

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had trying to rent an apartment in Arizona. The apartments are income based but you’d have no idea they were from the leasing staff, they never mentioned that and also clearly didn’t check my income themselves or didn’t know how to correctly. I spent over a week trying to get approved, sent all the required documents (paystubs, ID’s, income verification) immediately when I applied and was told over and over again that everything looked good for my move in date. The worst complex I’ve ever lived in. The rent does not reflect these moldy, thin walled apartments. Multiple neighbors have complained about the mold and water damage from poorly built piping and air flow. Nothing has been fixed, just painted over. The neighbors are horrible and take no accountability for their children destroying the complex.
