I am pleased to say that my experience at The Grove has been pleasant. Any maintenance issues that were assigned to Layonel were met and resolved in a timely manner. He is always polite, respectful, and professional when responding to maintenance calls and kept me updated regarding any issues I had.

Maintenance here is Great especially Leo. Work orders are completed in a fast timely manner. Leo is respectful and kind upon arrival. Any issues I have he explains the problem and right away has my problem solved. I’ve never been to a community where the maintenance men (Leo) takes pride In his job. Leo (maintenance) is a great worker and very kind! Fast and friendly.
I just moved here a few months ago, I had to call maintenance just for regular repairs. They were available, and ready to be of assistance. I even met one of the maintenance staff Leo who understood our issues and took care of it with a smile. Amazing service.
