I have been living in The Grove Townhomes for 5 years now and the experience has been great. Work orders for maintenance are easy to submit and the maintenance team is literally at my front door first thing the next morning. My hot water hadn’t been working right recently and I put a ticket in for maintenance just last night. Layonel arrived at my home at 830 this morning and it is now noon and I have a brand new hot water heater- just that fast! We definitely get what we pay for here. Service orders are tend to swiftly. Leo is very resourceful and professional he is on top of the service requests every time. Besides that he is professional, kind and respectful of the property while working on the work orders. 3 stars is for how often things need to be fixed / replaced in this community.
Mr Leo and Matt at The Groves is the best, I've been living here for 9months and everytime I need maintenance work done he's on time he does the best work. I sit and watch him do his job everytime and I'm amazed at time consuming jobs that he does. Today Dec. 30th 2024 my hot water was not working and office not even open. He came and figured out the problem and fixed problem. It's took hours and as always he never leave until he fixes the job. I had to leave a review but he's does an great job
Leo and Matthew came into my home and fixed my washer and dryer. They were punctual, polite and took care of my issues. I’m extremely thankful for them and Chelsea for setting this up and coming out asap.
I lived here recently and I absolutely recommend it. The office staff are so friendly and easy to communicate with and maintenance work is always completed right away. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this property!
