Both gary and oscar came and fixed my dishwasher. They were quick and explained everything!
Extremely unprofessional. After several attempts and no one responded. A woman named Tracy finally reached back out ..showed up to an appt today and no one was there. I apologize if we gave the impression we needed this place...we wanted to move there. There is a difference. Please stop hiring out of date/mediocre employees. It shows. Please find another place before they hide or delete this review.
**MOST 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FOR THE MAINTENANCE TEAM WHO DO A PHENOMINAL JOB** First, when I moved in I was placed into a unit that did not match the description of what I was paying for.. I had to call the leasing office about this and have my rent adjusted accordingly as I was paying for a premium unit and what I had was an outdated unit with no type of upgrades. The windows don't open half the time and if you do manage to get them open good luck getting them to close all the way... A month after move out I'm being sent a bi... read more
