It was good the first few months. However it was a facade. To all future residents of this particular place, try not to be a little if at all late for payments. You will definitely get charged up the wazoo for literally anything. Even things you have no idea what they're for.
While I didn't end up signing at The Grove, I wanted to leave a glowing review of Jennifer in the leasing office. She was exceptionally personable, communicative, and patient in her interactions with me. From beginning to end, I felt I was in good hands with her as a point of contact. Apartment hunting is a pain, with swathes of predatory landlords and fake Google reviews, but Jennifer and The Grove shined above the rest of the noise. I can't recommend her or the building enough!
I loveddddd living here. It was so safe. The staff helped me so much. This was my first apartment on my own. If moving to the area 10/10 recommend
Do not move here. They will sell a completely different reality during the tour. You get to see the model unit which is obviously in perfect condition. But the unit you will end up in will be run down. Banged up cabinets, bedroom doors taped together, weather striping missing and outlets with no covers, trim missing and other issues. Plus the units are not cleaned properly, so you will spend most of your first day cleaning. We have lived here for 3 years and don’t plan on moving anytime soon. Amazing amenities that we use often. Grounds are kept clean and updated regularly. Tash and Abby from the office are AMAZING if you need anything!
