We've only been here for less than 3 months, but so far, from day 1, we are totally happy and appreciate the dedicated staff from office maintenance. I'm confident The Grove deserves 5 stars; I'll review again later, maybe at renewal. Thanks to all who have made our decision to move here a positive one. Bill H.
I lived here for about 3 years and do not have any negatives. The community is safe and the people have all been friendly in my experience. The office & maintenance staff are attentive and any requests made were taken care of in a timely manner. It’s also a very dog friendly complex. The dog park could be a bit bigger but there are plenty of places to walk and other dog parks nearby. The landscaping is great and makes it feel like you are walking through a nice neighborhood. DON’T RENT HERE!!!!! I don’t know how no one has written a negative review about this complex recently. I moved here after I toured this complex in November of last year. The complex and management were great. I was very excited about my move here in February 2025. The rose colored glasses came off the day that I moved in. My apartment was not cleaned before I moved in. It really grossed me out. A few days into moving in, I started receiving noise complaints from the downstairs neighbors.
