The community is well-maintained, the staff is always friendly and responsive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The amenities like the [gym/pool/clubhouse/etc.] are a huge plus, and the location is super convenient—close to [shops, restaurants, the lake .] Overall, it's been a comfortable and enjoyable place to call home.
I don’t know how no one has written a negative review about this complex recently. I moved here after I toured this complex in November of last year. The complex and management were great. I was very excited about my move here in February 2025. The rose colored glasses came off the day that I moved in. My apartment was not cleaned before I moved in. It really grossed me out. The Grove at Waterford crossing is the Best Apartment complex in Sumner county. My Family and I just love it here. I have lived in Hendersonville for over 35 years and I can’t say enough about the Management staff Abby and Shauna who made the transition a great experience and the Maintenance crew and neighbors are the absolute Best!! If you are looking for peace and luxury at its finest in apartment living. The Grove at Waterford crossing is the place to come!!
