Only good things about this place are the wifi and the next door drug dealer. Lived here for 2 years. Had acces to pool for maybe 8 months then they did construction. Had access to the grilling area then they took away the grates. It was peaceful then you’d hear a shooting. Or someone in an apt have there own fire arm go off. Police in and out of the place regularly. Mail room is a distaste they’d send you youre code for youre mail when they close up the office. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My fiancé lived here, and we experienced nothing but unresponsiveness and unprofessionalism the entire time. The office staff never answers phone calls or returns voicemails—it’s nearly impossible to get help unless you show up in person (and even then, don’t expect much). To make things worse, my car was towed due to incorrect information given to me by their staff. Don’t move here if you care about the amenities or having a well maintained apartment. I’ve lived here for three years now and regret resigning the lease everytime. The pool has been closed ever since I moved in back in 2022 and the office can never give any estimate on when it’s supposed to be open. Maintenance never actually repairs anything, the lights in the breezeway have been ripped out, people break into cars because half of the parking lot lights don’t work, they don’t have onsite security patrols anymore, the gates ... read more
To anyone who is looking for a nice place to live. Please do your research well. Most places paint a picture like they offers you the best. All I can say this place doesn't take their maintenance seriously. My daughter been at this place for 2 years. 1). She had issues with her A/C for sometime. Over and over it was always and excuse why they couldn't get it right the first year. They was always quick to wanting their rent money but slow in repairs. 2).
