My boyfriend has lived at these apartments for over 1 year and the pool has been closed THE ENTIRE TIME. They keep lying saying oh definitely by last September, then it was April, then it was May. It has not been open one single day in over a year. I dont know how long it was closed before this but its absolutely unacceptable. EDIT: DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT MOVE HERE!
I cannot stress this enough: do not live here. The rent price may seem appealing, but after living here for two years I can promise you it is not worth it. They advertise themselves as student housing, but the reality is very different. In my building and the one next to it, most residents were not students. The gate is always broken, which means people loiter in the parking lots at all hours. I once had a man try to get into my car while I was parking, and I was constantly catcalled by neighbors. Only good things about this place are the wifi and the next door drug dealer. Lived here for 2 years. Had acces to pool for maybe 8 months then they did construction. Had access to the grilling area then they took away the grates. It was peaceful then you’d hear a shooting. Or someone in an apt have there own fire arm go off. Police in and out of the place regularly. Mail room is a distaste they’d send you youre code for youre mail when they close up the office. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My fiancé lived here, and we experienced nothing but unresponsiveness and unprofessionalism the entire time. The office staff never answers phone calls or returns voicemails—it’s nearly impossible to get help unless you show up in person (and even then, don’t expect much). To make things worse, my car was towed due to incorrect information given to me by their staff.
