There are A LOT of german cockroaches. The office did not tell me this before, I had to find out on my own....
Very professional got approved 3 times and couldn’t finish start the lease due to travel and they are very professional.
Khiara has made this entire process of getting me in these apartments a breeze. She is so attentive and cares so much for her residents, and not to mention a phenomenal employee. Retrieving my bedroom key upon move in day was a little bit of a pain, but other than that I’ve been enjoying my time here so far. It also has a very homey feeling to it for some reason. Much better than their competitors in the downtown area.
