After nearly 4 years at The Grove, my husband and I are more than ready to leave. We originally chose to stay because of the affordable rent and convenient location while saving for a house. I really wish I can leave no stars because this place is horrible they are money hungry they have a policy that's up that where your vehicle have to be registered. We did that. My daughter comes in cuz her and my son shares the same vehicle at times my daughter comes in and she parks in the visitors parking because there's no parking spots for the resident parking and she gets up in the car is towed it is God so she talks to management and management just sit there with a smirk on her face and say there is nothing that they ... read more

I would seriously think twice before renting here. The cheap rent is NOT worth it whatsoever. - I was charged for damages and cleaning that I did not cause simply because I was the last roommate to move out. Our third roommate was not charged a dime. Some of the original move-out charges were even assigned to the wrong room, yet they kept almost all of the common-area damage and cleaning charges on my bill while I was the only roommate being charged for them. - We had a maintenance manager threaten, yell, and scream at my ... read more

Can anyone help point me In the direction of who I need to talk to. I have an evictionfrom the grove at waco because I told them 2 months before my lease ended I wanted to break it and could pay it and they refused to let me speak to the new general manager. I read the reviews and assumed my time here would be different. They will push you for every dollar they can get out of you. Amenities were closed for the entirety of my lease. Gunshots go off in the parking lot at night. During my move in day the room was infested with fleas and stank of weed (you’ll notice this trend all year). They moved us into another room after we complained and this one was practically untouched from the previous tenants. (I bet they still got charged 500+ for cleaning).
