Subject: outraged electricity bill charges, poor communication with management. Have attempted three times in the last two months to get a response onto why a 3 bedroom apartment with 2 renters, have an electrical bill of $230 each per month. Especially since this used to be about $75 a month, just a few months ago.

Ok so it’s really nice apartment but management SUCKS. It took them 5 months of our ac being out to even get us a portable ac in unit. HOWEVER, there is new general manager as of 2/22/24 and she’s amazing. Within 10 mins they got us a portable ac and ordered parts. So helpful finally. Hopefully management keeps improving because the apartment is nice!

Here are my complaints outlined in numbered format. 1. The outside of the apartments(i.e. the stairways, sidewalks, railings) is filthy and has obviously not been cleaned at least since their most recent renovations. I will attach a photo of the conditions of these below this review, and you can clearly see pieces of carpet from the renovation scattered everywhere along with bird poop. The management is so bad, they will continue to charge you late fees for their screw ups, and claim that their manager is in a meeting when you call to ask them for updates on things they messed up in the first place (crazy how they.can be in meetings every hour of every work day!!) Life pro tip: when the staff tells you that they'll have to call you back later the same day over an issue, just bank on the fact that you'll never get a single call back!!
