I want to say how much I appreciated the attention to detail that the maintenance staff and the management team helped me get through a difficult time with a malfunctioning water heater! It was a difficult situation to fix over several days but their tenacity and concern was terrific! They brought in outside help to correct the problem who was able to to finally resolve the situation.
We never actually had my parents move in to Everleigh but this is a review of Bethany on the leasing side while we were considering it. She was amazing to work with - always kept me up to date on availability, price change, etc. and very responsive! Not moving my parents there had nothing to do with Everleigh itself; just logistics.
