I lived there for 6 months .I was excited to move there due to Juanita she was always very polite . I never had any issues until the new property management . The neighbors there are horrible very rude , not respectful at all , not fond of people of color . The maintenance not very reliable nor dependable . Property didn’t provide washer in dryer units but had old laundry units all abandoned looking built on the property just never invested into getting them renovated for their tenants.
