WHAT A SHAM Do NOT rent here. I repeat, DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Over priced and the management is very unprofessional. Paying over $800 a month in rent for 900 sq ft. The maintence is a joke, untrained, unprofessional.

The maintence is a joke, untrained, unprofessional. I've had to major water leaks from the apartment upstairs. Over $500 of damage to electronics Stacie, the grounds manager has yet to address. She acts like it's an issue if you have any issues at all. Not to mention the Black Mold spores growing inside the walls and on the ceilings of both the bathroom and kitchen... read more
All In All, My Experience Was Good These apartments were reasonably priced, given the area and upgrades being made to the apartments. Some of the apartments are being renovated with doublestacked, washer and dryer, new counter top and sinks as well as carpeting. All in all, my experience was good, with the exception of a persistent water-heater problem and a problem with the a/c, towards the end of my lease. I "recommend" the apartments but still be careful. Good price and nice location These are nice and pricer apartments, but worth it. Close to oxmoor mall. Property kept up has pool and nice size laundry room near office. Nice apartments and maintence keep up well with anything needed.
