My sons scooter was stolen, I was charged for a professional cleaning on the public patio for something a bunch of other neighborhood kids did, the dumpster by my building is always a mess because people dumb a bunch of furniture by it everyday. Extremely thin walls and floors, noise complains don't do anything.
Maintenance is always so nice
I hesitate to leave a review because i don't want anyone else to find out about this hidden gem. I absolutely love it here! As other reviewers have stated, the maintenance team, specifically the head guy, is the star of the show! They are prompt, courteous, and super friendly! If I had to criticize anything it would be that the office staff isn't quite as friendly. They're not rude, just very stoic and don't really give off a warm vibe. They also never answer the phone.
These apartments are the best apartments we have lived in. The maintenance team is always on it! They are fast and very reliable! The office team has always been such a delight! These apartments are also family friendly!
