Toured this property today and Makayla made my family and I feel at home! She was very knowledgeable and personable! She went above and beyond answering questions and ensuring that all needs were met in regards to our apartment search! Good afternoon to everyone. Just a little update regarding living at the Grove at Kernersville. This is my 4 year with amazing staff that cares and helps out in so many ways. They truly care about their residents and take every concern seriously. They even made special effort towards my son’s birthday to surprise him with birthday card. It makes big difference friendly management and team. I’m thankful for all.
This is the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. Everybody in the front office is amazing, theyve been super supportive the entire time ive lived here for the last 3 years. I havent moved bc of how awesome the staff is and any problems ive had have been taken care of in a extremely fast time.
I’ve lived at The Grove for a little over 2 years now, and I can honestly say it’s been a fantastic experience! From the moment I moved in, the staff has been welcoming, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile. Any maintenance requests I’ve had were handled quickly, and the team is always professional and friendly. The community itself is well-kept, with beautiful landscaping and common areas that are actually maintained (which isn’t always the case at other places!).
