This place is a dump ... On top of that they raise rent all the time midlease by 200 and 100 every year....kids that scratch up cars and chip windshields throwing things around the parking lots..do yourself a favor and go anywhere else in Whitehouse that way you'll have a swimming pool to enjoy and the absence of a neighborhood mooch always bumming money for beer and pills ...this place is disgusting!!!!!
I absolutely love my home here. The management is really for the residents and keeps up with routine and maintenance regularly. The property is clean and kept up with and Jaqueline is very personable and organized!

IT STATES IN YOUR LEASE THEY ONLY HAVE TO GIVE YOU 30 DAYS NOTICE .. THEY HAVE BEEN THROUGH AT LEAST FIVE MANAGERS , ONE MORE LOW BUDGET THAN THE NEXT SO I'M GUESSING THAT'S WHY THEY DON'T DG TEST THEIR EMPLOYEES THAT COME WALKING INTO YOUR HOME EVERY MONTH.FOR INSPECTIONS. I've lived here for 2 years and they've increased rent 3 times by $100 each time.They love to do this near the holidays. They are planning on raising rent again in November 2025 .... Everyone should be aware of this before you move into here, there is no swimming pool.No amenities, just some run down play ground......No justification for why rent is going up by this much this fast and at the holidays???
