They like to raise rent by 100 at a time WHEN YOU SIGN YOUR LEASE IT STATES ALL THEY HAVE TO DO IS GIVE YOU THIRTY DAYS NOTICE... DOING THIS THREE TIMES IN MY TWO 1/2 YEAR PERIOD OF LIVING HERE. WELCOME!!!!!! GET READY TO GET BENT OVER AND WE DON'T EVEN HAVE A SWIMMING POOL YAY!!!!!!!
I've lived here for 2 years and they've increased rent 3 times by $100 each time.They love to do this near the holidays. They are planning on raising rent again in November 2025 .... Everyone should be aware of this before you move into here, there is no swimming pool.No amenities, just some run down play ground......No justification for why rent is going up by this much this fast and at the holidays??? This apartment complex is ran by an awesome manager name Teresa! She is very professional, kind and smart. Very helpful with the residents and maintains the property in a great way! Thanks Teresa! Would recommend to anyone! Thanks for making this place great again!!
