I've lived here for 2 years and they've increased rent 3 times by $100 each time.They love to do this near the holidays. They are planning on raising rent again in November 2025 .... Everyone should be aware of this before you move into here, there is no swimming pool.No amenities, just some run down play ground......No justification for why rent is going up by this much this fast and at the holidays??? This apartment complex is ran by an awesome manager name Teresa! She is very professional, kind and smart. Very helpful with the residents and maintains the property in a great way! Thanks Teresa! Would recommend to anyone! Thanks for making this place great again!!

The management here sucks good place to live just the manager doesn't ever answer or text she said I would have to pay $25 during the rain because I left my umbrella outside my door and it's raining outside I don't want to get the floor wet but people who live on the bottom floors have all there personal sh!t outside on the ground make it make sense !!! Management is nothing here
