Pretty awful apartment complex, poor management which has been unable to keep consistent property managers, A/C went out in the summer multiple times, cockroaches and other bug infestations, rude and loud neighbors drinking on a shared porch where kids live in the same building, MLGW almost turned the water off several times due to the apartment complex not paying THEIR bill. The most ghetto-ist , most disgusting apartment ever! Horrible management! I’ve lived here for 2 years (sadly) and there has been over 25+ new leasing managers. Horrible maintenance, everything breaks! Nothing is updated or newly remodeled! The safety gates are always broke and open! Pool is never clean.... over priced... bugs! DO NOT LIVE HERE!! We moved in to town 3 months ago and have had massive trouble finding a place. Kim was so nice and understanding . She listened and took care of all our needs. If your looking to get a new home I highly suggest giving this place a call. Home sweet home
