James the maintenance man is amazing very fast, efficient and polite. Keeps up with apartments and dose his job!
Brenda is probably the best manager this place has seen since they opened. I’ve currently lived here for 4 years and I have Previously lived here twice since 2010. Also, the new maintenance tech is amazing! He is very friendly and respectful and gets things taken care of promptly. I think He’s possibly the best maintenance tech I’ve seen in a really long time as well! Great job y'all!
Certainly hope new maintenance personnel will result in more timely resolution of requests. Recommend use of contractors for renovation of units when vacated rather than maintenance personnel.

Never received a response from ANYONE regarding the charges I posted about in August. Despite my attempts to communicate, the debt was sent to a collection agency . Corporation machines will always win in cases like this.. nothing more I can do except take the case to small claims court. Please learn from my mistakes and protect yourself whhenn it comes to both management and corporate negligence.
