I have lived at The Grove for almost ten years. It is a very nice, clean, safe and affordable place to call home. My family and I are very fortunate and grateful because, Lord knows, there's not a whole lot of that in Bowie. In the time I've been here, we have had MANY property managers, some good and some bad. That said, Brenda is the absolute best to date. Hands down. She walked into a complete DISASTER and turned it around in no time. Hi, I just wanted to educate and forewarn anyone who is currently living in, or plans on living in Grove at Brushy Creek apartments. I moved into the apartments in May 2023 and moved out in August this year. I could have sworn that I had taken photos of the apartment when I moved in, but I can't remember and didn't know I was responsible for keeping record of anything... that's on me, for sure.
