I love the new maintenance team, and Brenda is doing wonders with this property
We've lived in the Groove before and it's always been a nice place to live but the managmet was a hot mess. We moved back a few months ago and Brenda, whose there now, is wonderful!! She is always so kind. My whole family loves her. She's always more then happy to answer any questions or accommodate in any way she van. If there's a problem Brenda makes sure it's taken care of ASAP. Our townhouse is beautiful and we love living here but Brenda definitely is a huge plus.
Brenda the leasing manager at The Grove @ Brushing Creek Apts. is such a Blessing. All the is so accommodating. My refrigerator was leaking water the first night and I called Brenda and within a few minutes the maintenance man and cleaning lady was knocking on the door to fix the issue. This is a great place to live. Neighbors are friendly. Quiet area. Love ❤️ it
I recently moved in and it has been great. Brenda has taken care of everything I’ve needed to feel comfortable and heard.Ive lived in a lot of apartments and will be staying here for a long time
