Stay far away. In the midst of COVID shelter in place lock downs the office staff was not willing to turn down a thermostat for tenants who had been directed by the university not to return - even when staff had already been in the apartment. Instead they indicated they were not obligated to help and suggested that we undertake a 5 hr drive in the middle of Washington's shelter in place order to twist a nob. Do not rent.
