Horrible and Unprofessional. We chose this location for our son given the proximity to the school and it was met with a bunch of false promises. One that comes to mind is the gated security. We were told in August that the malfunctioning gates would be fixed within a week. It is now December and they are still not working. This is supposed to be a benefit that we pay for.
