My mom's dog was hit by a car. When I arrived staff was waiting at the door. Dr Thornton was compassionate and explained everything that was going on. The staff went to extraordinary efforts to try and save Oliver including CPR and intubation. We received frequent updates and were given clear options available. The staff made a horrific situation bearable. I would give 10 stars if I could!
I’ve been bringing my Frenchies here for a few years (since they were Woodland Animal Hospital)- first my baby Chrome (who was stolen 🥹💔), and now Zara and Zay. I truly appreciated how close they were to home and that they used to be open 24/7. However, I ultimately had to switch vets because the pricing became too expensive- even for routine care. We took our fur baby, Goose, in for his annual wellness visit and have nothing but wonderful things to say about the care Goose received. Dr. Thornton was so professional, thorough, and gentle with Goose. His Assistant, Brooke, went above and beyond to make sure Goose was comfortable, we understood everything they needed to do, the cost of each action, and even texted the next morning to check on him since he received a vaccination during the visit. Thank you for always taking such loving care of Goose!!!
