I am a registered nurse and I come to visit elderly people that live inside this building every week. The staff is unprofessional and refuse to answer basic questions and instructing visitors where to go. I tried to exit the build from the front door where I entered but i was locked inside of the building and was instructed to exit out of a loading dock which I was not able to find.
