I am a new resident here and am very impressed with the Grove. We had a smooth move in process and have had excellent response when putting in maintenance requests. I had done a lot of research on other apartments and HIGHLY recommended the Grove.
Renter beware. The answering service represents themselves as the office and provides incorrect information to callers, and either the answering service does not notify the office of the call or the office uses this opportunity to deny that the call happened. This can be very costly to the tenant.
Do not stay here if you plan on getting your security deposit back. I left the apartment spot less and they charged me $500 to “clean the carpets” that I already cleaned.

Within hours of moving in we started finding bite marks on our skin, we assumed it was mosquitos. We later found this complex has a flea infestation and they’re coming through our bedroom windows. We do not have pets! Apparently they’re stray cats in the complex. The managers did what was least problematic for them, were routinely forced out of our apartment for a few hours at a time for them to “defog”.
