Absolutely love living here. Its been so nice, quiet, and the neighbors have been fairly greeting. Landlady is so wonderful and probably the kindest I've ever met. First, and only, complaints I have is the pigeons. I don't know what these flying rats eat but my windshield was splattered one morning; I found it hilarious, but less pigeon population would be great.

I am a new resident here and am very impressed with the Grove. We had a smooth move in process and have had excellent response when putting in maintenance requests. I had done a lot of research on other apartments and HIGHLY recommended the Grove.
Renter beware. The answering service represents themselves as the office and provides incorrect information to callers, and either the answering service does not notify the office of the call or the office uses this opportunity to deny that the call happened. This can be very costly to the tenant.
