reached out twice by email about some work I needed done and they never responded. Indicates to me that they are not a professional business, no courtesy and doesn't really care about their customers.
When the technician came out to inspect our grout issue, he was 100% confident in fixing the issue. There was no discussion that the repair work might not hold up. Unfortunately, the repair failed three times and I was directed to the fine print on the proposal that protects the business 100% by providing no guarantee of any work performed. Very disappointed :(
A really nice guy. Had him come out last minute to help with an item that needed to be completed before I could list my home for sale. Gave great advice and provided expert opinion on the scope of work. Unfortunately, he was not able to help given the state of my shower (I have a leak I was hoping to address). But that is also revealing -- he will not sell you a subpar product or a bandaid to a problem. This speaks of his integrity! I will keep him in mind for future projects.
Andy did an amazing job on our shower and tile floors. They are immaculate and sparkling. Excellent knowledge, service, and communications!
Awesome job! Very happy with the results. I had five cracked tiles and now I can barely see them. Three of them just vanished and the last are barely noticeable! Amazing job!
