In response to the reply: My check was not cancelled until Tuesday afternoon. The check was given to the tech that previous Friday. Yes, I had made several attempts via email, your website, and text message saying something was not right and we were unhappy with the work. It was not offered to me to have the whole job redone for half the cost. As per the text messages, in which I saved, it stated that just to do the removal of the grout would be half the cost of the job. I did not want any work for free but said that paying ... read more
Great business. Their estimate was more than reasonable and above all else the quality of the work looks incredible. Ashley completed the job after quick, easy, and clear communications and her work looks excellent. Left a clean job site too. Highly recommended.
We had a wonderful experience with The Grout Geeks! Tony came and gave us a quotation and some suggestions in what we can do with our shower in our master bath. He was realistic in what he could do and suggestions to what we could do for the glass door and panels in the shower. It was very helpful.
