Great work all around. Especially with customer service over time. Special shout out to Manny for the careful considerations and advice.
Manny was excellent and very competent. A detailed Job all around. I called this company blindly to tidy up a new 2 bath rehab for a new tile job. The company left it done but messy and incomplete. I call Grout Geeks to tidy up and finish off what I feel should have been done by the original construction company. Manny was well knowledgded in what I needed done. Took his time to do it correctly and Pointed out other imperfections. Overall, very happy with Grout Geeks Richmond area and especially Manny.
I don’t know how to begin to thank you for transforming our bathroom… Manny is an incredibly detailed and professional grout artist… He was outstanding and always on time and gave me ideas on how to keep it looking so fresh!! Please give him a huge shout out!!!!! I highly recommend your company to every single person that has grout that needs to be cleaned or stained. The transformation was magnificent. Thank you for having such an incredibly talented young man on your staff! You all are so blessed!!!
We couldn't be happier with the quality of the workmanship. Especially with the quality of care and expertise that you can only get with someone who specializes in their trade. Everything was completed quickly and according to the schedule. We are also impressed with the clean up afterwards. Everything feels brand new. We should have done it sooner.
This is such a great company! They did a wonderful job and I couldn't be happier. I have recommended them to multiple friends and they were also very happy with their work
