We contracted The Grout Doctor to restore our dirty floor tile and grout to a like new condition. I cannot say enough good things about them. We had a large area consisting of 5-6 rooms tiled with Travertine and had two large medallions that were particularly dirty. They now look brand new! Hell no, clear caulked over mold, sloppy grout job. Look at the pictures. Told me his guy had a bad day. Did not supervise the work. He charged me $1000 and I want my money back. Reporting to BBB.
A $2600 job, leaving paint and grout on the tile, looking very sloppy. When called they said it was the best they could do and tough luck for us. When they finally came to see, it was the same - Nothing they were willing to do to fix it. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
I cant express just how pleased I am with The Grout Doctor, Chris. We needed counter tops buffed and polished to remove crazy water marks. They turned out amazing! I am so impressed with their response time, communication skills, and actual work preformed! When I moved into my home I didn’t realize my grout was unsealed. Well I have 5 dogs so I figured it out pretty quickly. Parts of my grout were black not white anymore and it was an embarrassment. They came, they worked their magic and the floor looks brand new! Excellent job! I highly recommend them!

Called for an appointment. Advised I had a scheduled appointment with Stanley Steamer however we can across their add in the local paper over morning coffee and were very interested in their service as we are preferred using local businesses. The owner was very nasty and refused to work out an appointment accusing me of undercutting. Terrible customer service.
