Not at all impressed with The Group, or the agent we dealt with. In my opinion, it seems like their listings are consistently way over market value for the area. Sure, FoCo is desirable, but… well I’ll just leave it at that…
We purchased our home as part of a cross-country move and were disappointed with the condition in which it was delivered. The property was left dirty, with trash on the side of the house, unpatched holes where pictures had been removed, and no touch-up paint.
