Kathy Carroll is THE BEST! She is seriously a home buying guardian angel. She was with my wife and I every step of the way and answered all of our concerns and even gave us great advice on home buying and different services to get started. She made sure we were very well taken care of by fighting for the best deal on our home and making sure we weren't taken advantage of even with the cleaning if the house! Thank you so much Kathy! Every question i asked of my realtor was answered with a "I dont know but I'll get back to you"...I felt that was horribly unprofessional (why do I know more than the realtor when they take that 6% off the top, what are they getting paid to do other than take some pics when my house was under contract in less than 36 hours )and then I found out after sale finally was closed my realtor was talking "sh#t" about me because I was concerned about fees and costs. Do not use these guys!!
Mike jorde was amazing me and my husband first time buyers and he did the best work I've ever seen I am so glad that he was our relator made me feel comfortable safe and understood when I was nervous and didn't know what to ask or say.
