I have used the grounds guys for about 4 seasons, extremely happy ... then something happened, last year they made me happy after they made a big mistake by finishing the year with out charge... when I call them this year, all of the numbers are disconected... I was willing to give them a clean shot, but now I'm looking for someone else who would do my yard work...
I had Grounds Guys service my property last year and I thought I should leave them a review. My lawn was small but complicated, abundance of trees fruit and others. The Grounds Guys and Eric did such great customer service, good listeners and in the business of customer satisfaction. If I could leave stars 5 stars all the way.
