Just wanted to give a huge shout-out to The Grounds Crew! They've been handling my lawn and snow removal for the past year, and honestly, they're amazing. My yard and driveway always look fantastic – seriously, they go above and beyond. It's such a relief knowing I don't have to worry about a thing, no matter what the weather throws at us. They're super professional, always reliable, and just make life so much easier. If you need someone to take care of your property, you absolutely HAVE to check them out!
Their weekly lawn mowing service is great! They even blow the grass clipping off our landscaping and paved areas when they are done. Very friendly office staff as well.
I had requested an estimate for spring cleanup and got one very promptly from The Grounds Crew. When I called with some questions, the customer service person was exceptional. They were patient, pleasant and explained the estimate in terms I could understand. I also sent a follow up question via email, to which I got an immediate response. This level of customer service is so rare these days, I had to write about it. Thank you - I am now a customer!
