RecommendedIt is a beautiful retreat into a world of Peace & the beauty of nature! I recommend the Labyrinth. It is a beautifully crafted Chartres-style replica. It is at the far end of the loop from the elevator on the Upper Garden Level, but it is well worth the walk...as is the Meditation Chapel upon your return to the cliff side! How I would love to come daily to experience prayer at a different part of the Gardens each day!

RecommendedThe Grotto in Portland, Oregon is beautiful and a peaceful feeling you will have there. Beautiful statues of the Virgin Mary, and all the saints. The church and the outdoor church are so big and beautiful. The chapel of Our lady of Sorrow, Mary is extremely peaceful and beautiful too A grand view of the area and out to that part of the city too. I when in June, and the grounds were very breath taking! If you want to go and pray or just be in a tranquil, peaceful environment, this is a place to visit.
