The Groove has helped me with two sales and two purchases as well as a short term rental in between and made the process as smooth as possible! I have worked with James Garcia on 2 home purchases and he also assisted me with renting out my house and he has been fantastic every step of the way! He goes above and beyond in attending to all of the details and ensuring that we are satisfied with the outcome. He is very hands on and always one step ahead in the process.
