Wife showed up for her appointment to find that they had scheduled her for the wrong YEAR! (one year out). Inexcusable. Then they couldn't get her in for another three weeks. They post that it's a $50 charge of you're a no show or cancel late, but only give you a lame apology if they wreck YOUR schedule!
I've always had a good experience at Ten Salon, but Jessica Sue is my favorite. I've never had a better stylist. She always listens to what I want, has great ideas and advice, and does an amazing cut and color on my hair.
