We have used mobile groomers on our two dogs, a husky/shepherd mix and a shiba inu mix, for years. Today the groomer arrived late (outside of the window given) and then later called us from the van to say that our dog would not let him touch her butt. I asked if he had a muzzle as she had been abused and does get touchy about her butt, and he told me he did have a muzzle but was not going to use it as he does not want to traumatize her and does not do mean dogs.
