Very difficult to get into the phone with somebody or for them to call you back. It takes days! When I finally got with somebody on the phone, I required help because I couldn’t handle the online page and the person was very rude and no cooperative at all!!!! Very painful and long process
My Girl Nack!! She is a rockstar hands down. My babies did soooooo well with her from the itty bitty to my golden girls. You Nack are an Angel!! The Groomery is sheer class and treat your babies like family. You are warmly greeted by Ms Rebecca and never feel rushed. Babies come home beautiful and stress free.
Always a pleasant experience at the Groomery. I have never had a bad experience here in 5 years. My yorkie Max loves it.
It was our first visit and it couldn’t have been better! Everyone was so friendly, efficient and thanks to Katie, our pup looked beautiful!
