I agree with the statements my wife posted regarding our experience and my interaction yesterday at this place. My three calls and voicemails since four days ago, Sunday, was never returned. I had to pjysically drive to the location to speak with somebody only to be told none of their groomers willl attend to Sophie. There are other negative reviews with similiar MOs. My dog had the best haircut by Javier. He has such a calm demeanor and very gentle with my dog who normally doesn’t like to be groomed but Javier put him at ease and followed exactly what i told him about the cut. We are getting compliments about his cut from everyone. Thank you so much for the great work!
First appointment this morning for my mini poodle, Meko. Pre appointment communication was fantastic. Dropped her off and in a little over 2 hours she was finished. She now looks like a mini poodle and not like I found her on the street tricking for puppy treats 🤣. Her cut is so cute and no more fur in her eyes. Our pup went here today and I’m trying to figure out what did they do for $119 bucks. This was his fist grooming experience and that was stated in their screening process. My husband was told that he was too active and they could barely cut him😒if I’m not mistaken, this is your expertise and you should have ways to distraction pups so you can do what you are being paid to do. Needless to say we won’t be back. I should of listened to the exact complaint 6 months ago
