I have taken my son to Kelsie for over a year. The first couple of experiences were great. But the last couple of months there have been consistent issues. Multiple times messaging me the same day as an appointment asking me to move stuff around cause she had scheduling issues. Great experience at The Groom Room! Kelsie was awesome. Super easy to book online on her FB page, she was attentive and listened to what I was looking for and gave a great cut for a good price. I went the last day in their current space, they were in the process or moving into a better and bigger space in the same building. Looking forward to going back when they’re done setting up.
