I have taken my son to Kelsie for over a year. The first couple of experiences were great. But the last couple of months there have been consistent issues. Multiple times messaging me the same day as an appointment asking me to move stuff around cause she had scheduling issues. The program she uses for scheduling appointments regularly has issues and that has forced me to cancel multiple times cause the appointment isn’t when I actually booked. Brooke is amazing. As a hair guru myself I am extremely picky with my haircuts. She is only one of the handful of people I have ever allowed to cut my hair more than once. She is and will continue to be my haircut gal.
Brooke has been cutting me and my families hair for 6 plus years now and I'm not sure what we did before her. The Michael Jordan of men's hair cuts!
