Everything. I asked for trim all over. They shaved Bella’s heinie, her ears are jagged, toenails jagged, asked the to bathe her in a hypoallergenic shampoo, she sticks!! No bow, no bandana. When I called back, they were unapologetic, no resolution, just very argumentative! I could of did a better job myself! I will not be going back!!!

had my 15 year old cat groomed here...a tushy trim, brushing, nails trimmed. staff couldn't have been nicer!
I love them. Rocket loves them and we have never had a problem. Great groomers
they check your messages if you send them one but do not feel the need to respond. if they are that rude to people I can only imagine how they treat the animals they are hired to groom and care for 😢
I’ve been going there for 10+ years. The service has gone down, price is up, and this morning they didn’t show up. I’m shopping around if anyone has ideas.
