Awful experience!!! My son had the worst party! Bunch irresponsible kids, they scammed me, we had a “open gym party” and was a MESS! Terrible, bunch of other kids, my son asking who were those kids, but it was ok! Cause I booked and I was aware it was an open gym.. it was Sunday 10-11am, 16 kids for 395$. After the party, 17 kids came, they charged me 395$ more!!!! They said it was a “private party” !!!! What a wonderful experience! The staff here was all amazing, they treated us like family!! We had my grandson‘s birthday here and every kid wanted to sign up for their birthdays.
We absolutely loved The Grit Ninja, Roslyn! Our 6-year-old and her friends had a blast exploring the different climbing areas and the obstacle courses. The coaches were very attentive and ensured everyone was playing safely. The facility was clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend this place for Birthday Parties. The Party Host and helper were helpful with setting up decorations and serving the children. Special Thanks to Party Host- Adriana and her team- Edwina, Samaira and Keira for making the Birthday Extra special.
