Mahala Ahearn was awesome handling the documentation and the advertising was top notch. Sean's communication is off the charts. We received regular updates (even if there was no update). We never had to guess where we were at. I am a huge fan of Sean and Grisak Group and highly recommend them.
Sean and Mahala provided excellent service and results for the large bank that I represent in selling foreclosed bank owned property. Being out of state requires that an agent take care of many tasks from cleanout and utilities and repairs all before even beginning to market the asset. The team did a terrific job and we will not hesitate to reach out again when the need arises and would recommend for anyone needing a good partner.
