Horrible customer service. Was a customer frequently when in Morganton...NEVER AGAIN. Why have your young employees wear their masks below their chins while working the cash register AND the Barista doing the same while making customers coffee? I have on a mask and they roll their eyes at my group. Rolling their eyes at money spending customers gets you less business. Do yourself a favor and go to Craft’d instead.
Our absolute favorite coffee shop in Morganton!
Undoubtedly they don’t really care about the safety of their employees or customers. Expecting employees to show up while waiting for a covid test to come back and show up for work sick. Will not be coming back.
