Great food! Lackluster customer service. We ordered to dine in there. When we asked about food allergies, the hostess up front couldn’t find anyone in back to answer questions about the food. They gave my boyfriend his drink immediately and didn’t bring mine until after the food was out. Watched them scramble to find a pick up order. There was one group in front of us who had already ordered before we got there and presumably the aforementioned pick up order, but it took about 30 minutes to get our food and the drink we wait... read more
😮 wow - food was amazing and customer service incredible. Highly recommend stopping in. Great atmosphere. Thomas was amazing along with the rest of the staff! Went above and beyond. This was our first visit. We will be back!
The food delicious, the service left me with a nasty taste in my mouth. I placed an order for pick up tonight, they told me it would be ready in 10 mins. I arrived about 15 mins after I called. When I went to pay, they couldn't find my order in the computer because they forgot to put it in. I understand everybody makes mistakes but what I can't tolerate is Brianna's terrible attitude.
