Fine Dining, Leisurely Pace... – Dinner at the Grill Room and Bar was an overall great experience, the menu reaching out to us the moment we arrived. Unfortunately for my date they were not serving Swordfish as the quality available was not up to par, our server explained, so he opted for the seared tuna cooked rare.
