I had the opportunity to take my Mom for her vaccine today at the Shelton vaccine location. I can not say enough as to the efficiency, kindness, and compassion from everyone at the site. We appreciate all the efforts being put in from everyone involved to bring improved health and hope to the community!
went to griffin e.r.for spinal injury, hurt so bad I admit to being loud.the receptionist called me an my a hole and left without treatment.just received a one thousand dollar bill and when spoke to the head of their e.r.dept he was rude , said that I was lying about being called a hole and to pay the bill then hung up on me

Covid I came down with Covid 19 recently and initially went to a more well-known hospital in the New Haven area. I spent a few days in that hospital under observation and I was advised because my symptoms were stable that there was no real treatment they could provide. So after three days of observation they sent me home. Within two days of being sent home my condition dramatically changed for the worse. Can’t walk in so much pain at the hospital since 3:30pm it’s now 6:55pm and I still have pain. All you hear is the doctors calling Yale for recommendations and answers about other patients. Got tired of being in pain and waiting for the doctor to get of the phone or stop talking and laughing with the rest of the staff. How about work... finally left and going too yale for better experience doctors for answers. I have private insurance and will fight this bill. Worst experience.
