If you are experiencing or know someone who is experiencing grief due to any kind of loss, this includes loss of a loved one, a pet, a job, a home, or relationship. You will find yourself in a very welcoming grief recovery group. Very eye-opening what most of us believe about grief is so very false and unuseful.

I took the Grief and Wellness Class last year with Bob and Bobbie Rill. Excellent resource to get you through any type of grief you are dealing with. It does not have to be death, it can be so many areas of your life such as Moving, Retirement, Empty Nesting, Loss of Pet, etc. The group class gave me so many tools to be able to navigate the grief in my life.

I took the 8 week Grief Recovery Method workshop with Bob & Bobbie Rill. I went in with an open mind to have a better understanding of the grief process and came out with so much more! I feared grief & all the pain and feelings that went with it. I learned that to recover from loss, it doesn't mean you are letting go of your loved one...you are just better prepared for when those feelings of loss come up.
