Elm Grove seems to manage this properly poorly. Their employees and contractors Park on the sidewalk destroying it and blocking pedestrian access. It also blocks the view of traffic traveling on Chestnut when crossing on sagamore. This is a very dangerous situation. The city does not have the funds to maintain sidewalks that are being parked on. They are not designed for this weight. It increases city costs to all of us.
Wonderful apartment, great location and helpful staff. Even their smaller units have up to date appliances and more than enough closet space. Easily one of my best living experiences and would gladly recommend!
