3rd year renewing, can’t complain!
Don’t move here!!! Our shower doesn’t get warm for more than 5 minutes. Unresponsive management is insanely frustrating. They will find ways to charge you even if it isn’t in the lease. Pictures online are misleading and the washers are constantly shaking off the walls causing water to pool on the ground. Be ready to run down to the laundry room because residents have thrown our laundry out 5 minutes after the cycle is finished even if there are other washers/dryers open. My space was lovely. Maintenance was fast and nice. Perfect location. Unique rooms. Lovely leasing staffing I will miss it!
Honestly just save yourself the headache of living here. Mold all over my partment, always something to be fixed. Also, patio has never had any furniture on it for the over a year i lived there so the pictures aren’t really accurate. The people that live there are so amazing and the tiny gym space is nice, buttttt everyone always had something wrong with their apartment.
it’s alright living here. hallways smell, found a homeless man sleeping in the gym one night. I feel like there’s no security which is kinda weird.
