I highly recommend the Greentree Building! It's a wonderful community for young professionals and anyone of any age. Their incredible leasing team is always here to help you out with any leasing questions. The leasing process was so easy too, with great and easy ways to tour and apply and move-in when ever you'd like. The maintenance team is spectacular, and is always there right away for even the smallest routine work orders. Great building. Lots of character and the apartments are unique. Terrible water pressure though..
DO NOT LIVE HERE! My first negative experience happened on the very first day of living here. I had a parking tag that Dejean gave me to move into the building, which I displayed on my dashboard (it ripped, so I couldn’t hang it). When I tried to contact them for a new one—radio silence. My car was eventually towed prematurely, and there was no reimbursement on their part. t would have taken them 30 seconds to check if a tag was displayed, but apparently, that was too much effort.
