Unhappy with this service. A lot of money and not enough personalized assistance through a very tough time. A lot of talk but fell very short.
Not a good experience. They dropped the ball on far too many things, left us hanging, the inventory process after house fire was a complete disaster. Daniel, I think was his name, rummaged through items we clearly and specifically told him not to touch and that we were keeping and literally piled everything in a horrible broken mess mixed in with damaged, unsalvageable items. My experience with Greenspan company was PERFECT. Tony spent over half an hour of his time guiding me about my options. Although his company does not specialize in this line of work. He took my problem to heart and liked a true professional.
