The exceptional staff members are amazing and they have a charming shop! Had driven by several times, very happy I finally checked them out!
They are the most helpful and friendly people and their plants, gifts and accessories are amazing and reasonably priced. They also went above and beyond to help decorate my son's engagement proposal.
The Greensmith is my favorite gardening center. I love their selection of plants! Plus, they have a great variety of bird feeders and bird food. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable.

So we bought $700 worth of spruce trees. One had died a few months later. I was told there is a one year warranty. So I called in to them. I was told to take a picture and bring the tag off of the tree and they would replace it. So my wife and I went down there and Sandy that works there told us she would replace the tree. Then she found out she didn’t have any more of those trees. So she agreed to let us have 3 smaller bushes instead as a replacement. She even helped us load the truck. You didn't purchase the warranty and didn't have a receipt for the purchase at all. Susan (there is no Sandy) is a lovely person who was trying to help you out. You implied that you had the necessary paperwork when she loaded your vehicle. You nearly ran someone over zooming out of our parking lot.

A wonderful variety of plants & gift ideas. A great , local , gem. Friendly, knowledgeable, staff. Love just wandering around & looking at everything. Displays are like works of art. 💜
