Golf course is pretty fun, it’s the old guys in the golf shop that bring it down. Every time I go in there they are in a terrible mood, and make you feel like you’re bothering them by playing. I will PREPAY online and won’t be let you on the course, and won’t be allowed a rain check. They have a great evening staff, but the older guys during the day are very unpleasant.
I’ve lived here for almost 4 years. They charge out the ass while not bothering to fix anything up ever. While maintenance is very nice, half the time the issue just gets barely fixed and breaks again. They’re very greedy and don’t want to spend money to make sure their properties stay actually nice and not just nice superficially. My water heater broke and so my water bill and electric bills were insanely high and it’s been like pulling teeth to get them to reimburse me for THEIR FAULTY APPLIANCES.
