They will lie to you from the beginning. Tell you they have open apartments, but in order to get one you must fill out an application and pay the fee. Once this happens they will tell you that you can move in next month, and then the next month, and month after. Employee told me there have been people on a waiting list since February. In reality they have no actual clue when you'll be able to move in. I have a friend who's been waiting since February and right now she has no apt until at least June 5th. They may look nice but it stops there. First they tell you pets are ok as long as you pay the pet deposit. What they fail to tell you is that only 2 buildings can have pets. So once you're moved in and try to pay your pet deposit they won't let you unless you pay to break your lease and move to a pet approved building. Second, if you put in a maintenance request and are gone when they supposedly come they don't leave anything saying they entered your apartment nor do they tell you if the problem was fixed.
