One of the best vegetarian food I’ve had in all of Canada, was surprised to find it in Saskatoon! The seasoning is just right and never felt like “veganized” versions of the original dish, even the fish(less) sauce is amazing! It will please everyone regardless of dietary preference. They can also accommodate folks who are gluten free. The portions are also generous, great value for what you’re getting. Honestly, just so pleasantly surprised and happy that I went. Highly recommend!
Noodle Bowl with Fried spring rolls The bowl came loaded five golden spring rolls, a generous nest of rice vermicelli, crisp lettuce, cucumber, pickled carrot, and a good scatter of crushed peanuts. The rolls were nicely blistered and packed with filling, not hollow like you sometimes get. Sauce served on the side so you control how much goes in, which I appreciated.
