I've never understood why the poor reviews. We lived here for ~4 years and never had a bad experience. No bugs, no smoke, maybe we just had great neighbors!
I guess they decided to nuke all the reviews. I can provide proof of former residence with the Greens at Shawnee if requested but I am re-posting my review from after moving out. I first moved into this apartment complex in Feb of 2017 and the rent (just rent) then for a single bedroom (non-golf course facing) was $735. The rent slowly went up the first 4 years but in the 5th year it went up to $910 (just rent).
