I moved out of these apartments a few years back, but for some reason I got an add for them online. I wanted to take a moment to warn anyone that's looking at moving here to not. I had a full year lease for one of the 2 bedroom units looking over the golf course in July of 2020. Not even one day after moving in issues started to happen. The AC stopped working day one, the dryer didn't dry clothing, and to top it all off sitting out on the balcony a guy in a squared truck with a confederate flag sped by and yelled out "White ... read more
Outdated appliances, 0 ventilation, expect your a/c to break once a year , office is generally okay but very petty , the grounds looks terrible year round idk why people play golf there , you will also nearly get hit by careless golf cart drivers including children going to your car, expect walking 2-3 min from the parking lot to the apt which makes groceries difficult ( not that you’ll be able to afford them when regular rate/utility increases )
I’ve lived here for 8 years. I have never had a problem with maintenance. Sometimes they are here the same day. Usually the next day. I’ve always felt safe here. Good neighbors.
