I’ve lived here for 8 years. I have never had a problem with maintenance. Sometimes they are here the same day. Usually the next day. I’ve always felt safe here. Good neighbors.
UPDATE 5 - JUST DON'T MOVE HERE EVERYTHING IS OUTDATED they say resort style complex.... excuse me thats a lie. UPDATE 4 - This place really needs to update everything. Most amenities are only available until 9 PM. Some people work overnight.. UPDATE 3 - DON'T move here. Too many rules for such an unkempt place don't get me started.
