Any issues with maintenance or any issue they are always on point and get things taken care of with in the same day or next. Golf Course side gym, grill and pool always full with great folks we have known for years. I do wish we would get the private gates fixed. That is a great safety feature in the evening for sure.
The greens at Shawnee are very nice apartments. I stayed in a the bedroom. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Wash and dryers are included. Apartments are maintained very well. My only gripe is the parking can get a little crowded. The prices are fair compared to other places. It's conveniently located next to the highway. There's a grocery store and other shopping centers about six blocks away. Pets are welcome here too.
lived here for a while, maintenance staff has always been super helpful.
The greens has a nice pool, and gym room. I am disabled and mgmt has agreed to put an ex bike downstairs because I can't climb to the gym room. We are allowed to have one pet under 40 pounds.
