New maintenance crew is on top of things. Matt, Ben, and the fellas do a great job of addressing repairs when I need them.
Nasty, moving into a unit and it is FILTHY. None of the locks work in the home, there were pests upon moving in. I have complained and asked for the unit to be cleaned with no response. Don't move here, they will show you a very nice 'sample' unit and then put you in a dumpster of an apartment. Washer and dryer don't work, haven't been fixed despite my complaints. I cannot stress enough to avoid this property
