This apartment complex is so poorly managed. The corporate office never follows through with any of the tenants concerns an requests. They raise their rent in large increments without any notice but yet it is visible they never use those increases to improve the campus. Maintenance is so overworked and they will not hire enough maintenance workers to maintain this large of a campus.
